OF SAME ARID FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUTTCIL Of THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
Section 1. From and after the passage and approval of thsi
ordinance the operation of ice house commonly referred to as
hot boxes within the City of Little Rock is hereby declared
to be a privilege and an annual privilege tax in the sum of
'5.00 is hereby assessed againsiKeach such box, payable to the
City Collector in advance.
Section 2. In order to better regulate the location of such
boxes an application for the location of such boxes shall be
filed with the City Council and approved by the City Council
before the City Collector shall issue any license to -.ny
person, firm or corporation desiring to operate any such
box.
