Section 2. That ( )ve' i ance No. 5420, passed February
15; 1037, is hereby amended to -ermit the reclassification of
said property known as Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) , Mock Ten
(10), in 7oodruff's Addition as outlined in Section 1 hereof.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall ta'.se effect and be in force from and after its passage
and approval.
