ARY TEEREF Oil , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. The position of Radio Operator for
the Radio Denartrient of the City of Little Rock is
hereby transferred to the Police Department, and said
operator shall be under the supervision of the Chief
of Police, and shall be a member of the Police Depart -
izz, 7s
raent. The salary of said operator shall be 3�5.
per month, to be maid in the same manner as other
police officer:' of the City of Little Rock are now
paid.
;section 2. All Ordinances and parts of Ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
it being ascertained and found br the City Council
that this Ordinance is necessary for the public peace,
health and safety of the citizenship of Little Rock,
an energency is declared to e.ist, and this Ordinance
shall be in force and ef,'ect from and after July 1,
1937.
