AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PER14ISSION TO G. W. MASSERY
AND J. K. MASSERY TO Iu1AKE CERTAIN CURB CUTS AT THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF THIRD AND RINGO STREETS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROC:,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That G. W. Massery and J. K. Massery
are hereby granted permission to make certain curb cuts at the
Northwest corner of Third and Ringo Streets in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as follows:
Beginning at a point of the curb at the South property
line extended of the East 90 feet of Lots 7 and 8,
Block 294, Original City of Little Rock, running North
approximately 4+7 feet;
Beginning at a point of the curb at the West property
line, extended, of the said East 90 feet of Lots 7 and
8, Block 294, Original City of Little Rock, running
approximately 50 feet East;
Also to remove the curb at the corner of said Northwest
corner of Third and Ringo Streets, containing approximate-
ly 25 feet;
all according to the plans and specifications now on file in
the office of the City Engineer, said curb cuts to serve a
proposed filling station to be erected on said above described
property.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
insofar as they conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
