AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TEN THOUSAND
DOLLARS FOR THE TRANSPORT, PURCHASE AND ERECTION
OF STEEL HANGAR ON ADAMS FIELD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
generalV fund the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or
so much thereof as may be necessary to purchase a steel hangar
from Transcontinental & Western Airline, Incorporated, which
hangar is now located at 117aynoka, Oklahoma
SECTION 2. The Mayor and

are hereby directed and empowered to draw a warrant or
warrants against the above named fund for Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00), or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay
forVtransportai ion and erection of said hangar on Adams Field,
Little nock, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. The immediate purchase, transportation
and erection of said hangar being found necessary for the
promotion and conduct of said Adams Field, as an airport, and
said airport being found necessary for the public peace, health
and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this
ordinance is found to be necessary for the immediate preservatior
of public peace, health and safety, and same shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
