AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1268 OF BRICKHOUSE & CASTLE'S
DIGEST OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; RE-
PEALING ORDINANCE NO. 5021; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That Section 1268 of Brickhouse & Castle's
Digest of the City Ordinances be amended by adding the following
section thereto:
"There shall be paid on each Automatic CabineOr installed
for use within the City of Little Rock the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) per annum."
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5021 is hereby repealed.
Section 3. The immediate regulations of Locker
Cabinets located in the City of Litflee Rock being necessary
for the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of
Little Rock, an emergency is hereby declared and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
