AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE WEST ONE -HALF OF LOTS ONE,
TWO AND THREE, BLOCK NINE, FAUST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, TO BE IN THE APARTMENT DISTRICT; APdENDING ORDINANCE N0.
5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the property on the Southeast corner of
Seventh Street and Summit Avenue known as the West one -half of
Lots One, Two and Three, Block Nine, Faust Addition to the City
of Little Rock, heretofore designated as being in the "Two- Family
District" under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, be and
the same is hereby declared to be in the "Apartment District"
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the re- classification of said West one -half of Lots One,
Two and Three, Block Nine, Faust Addition to the City of Little
Rock, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "Apartment
District."
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
