ORDINANCE NO. _552�.
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE PROPERTY AT 1805 EAST SIXTH
STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE IN THE BUSINESS DISTRICT;
AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the property known as 1805 East Sixth
Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore designated
as being in the "Two— family C District" under the terms of Zoning,
Ordinance No. 5420, be and the same is hereby declared to be in
the "Business H District" under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
to permit the construction of an addition to the front of a
residence located thereon of a room to be used for a store.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
attached thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification of said property at 1805 East Sixth
Street as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be here-
after known and classified as being in the "Business H District."
Section 3. The City Engineer of the City of Little Rock
is hereby authorized and directed to issue a hermit for the
construction of an addition to the residence as outlined herein
to W. D. Rowland upon the payment of the proper building permit
fee therefor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
