THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
OF LITTLE' ROOK,, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. From and after the passage and
approval of this ordinance it shall be unlawful to park
more than one hour on Test Capitol Avenue between Gaines
and State Streets; and any person., firm,, or corporation
found guilty of violating the provisions hereby shall be
deemed guilty of misdemeanor and upon conviction of the
Little Rock.Mizninipal Court, fined in any sum not less
than One Dollar ($1.00),. nor more than Five Dollars C #5.00).
SECTION 2.. Whereas, parking provisions in
said hlwk has resulted In a traffic congestion and an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance
is found. to be necessary for the immediate preservation.
