AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $500.00 FOR PAYMENT OF
SEL I- ANNUAL INTEREST COUPONS OF 4% BONDS FOR ADDITION TO
CITY LIBRARY ISSUE OF FEBRUARY 1ST, 1937, OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
($500.00) is hereby appropriated out of the Library Annex
Bond Fund for the following indebtedness of the City of
Little Rock due and payable at the office of the City
Treasurer, on February 1st, 1938:
Seri- annual interest at 4% per annum
on $25,000.00 outstanding bonds,
Pros. 1 to 29, Inc., (Coupon No. 2).........$500.00
SECTION 2. The tl yor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the City's warrant or warrants, payable
to G. L. Alexander, City Treasurer, in the amount herein
mentioned, for the purposes herein recited.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
