AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $300.00 FOR PAY11 NT
OF SMI- ANNUAL INTEREST COUPONS OF 4% BONDS FOR NEGRO
RECREATION PARK ISSUE OF FEBRUARY 13T, 1937, OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sur, of Three Hundred Dollars
($300.00) is hereby appropriated out of the Negro Par'_,
Bond Fund for the following indebtedness of the City of
Little Rock due and. payable at the office of the City
Treasurer, on February lst, 1338:
Semi- annual interest at 4,"ol per annum
on $15,000.00 outstanding bonds,
Nos. 1 to 18, Inc., (Coupon No. 2).......$300.00
SECTION 2. The Tvlayor and Cite Clerk are hereb.v
authorized to iss> >e the City's warrant or warrants, pay-
able to G. L. Alexander, City Treasurer, in the amount
herein mentioned, for the purposes herein recited.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
