AN ORDINANCE APPROPAKATING #11,930.65 FOR PAYMENT OF SEMI- ,
ANNUAL INTEREST COUPONS AND SERVICE CHARGES THEREON OF 5% AIRPORT,
FIRE EQUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL ANNEX BOND ISSUE OF NOVEMBER 1st, 1929,
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:

is hereby appropriated out of the 5% Sinking Fund for payment of the
following indebtedness of the City of Little Rock due and payable at
the office of Halsey, Stuart & Company, Inc., Chicago, Illinois, on
March let, 1939:
Semi - annual interest at 5% per annum
on $476,000 outstanding bonds - #112900.00
Service Charges
Paying March 1, 1935 interest
- 1/4 of 1% of #111900.00 29.75
Postage on shipments of paid and
Cancelled securities
- July to December 1937 inclusive .20

and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue'a
warrant or warrants therefor, payable to the Peoples National Bank,
in the amount and for the purposes herein recited.
Section 2. That the City Treasurer is hereby directed to
forward to Halsey, Stuart &Company, Inc., of Chicago, Illinois,
out of the 5% Sinking Fund, the sum of $11,930.65 to pay the semi-
annual interest coupons and service charges thereon, same being due
and payable at the office of Halsey, Stuart & Company, Inc.,
Chicago, Illinois, on March lot, 1939.
