AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE ONE AUTOMOBILE .SUITABLE
FOR USE BY THE POUND MASTER OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK;, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANS xS
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Board of Public
affairs are hereby authorized to advertise for and receive bids
for and to purchase one automobile suitable for use of the
Pound Master of the City of Little ��ock, Arkansas., and there is
hereby appropriated from the general fund of the City a sum
of Four Hundred Dollars 0"400.00) or so much thereof as may be
necessary for the purchase of said automobile..
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it is necessary for the
Pound Master to have a car for use in his work, an emergdli
is hereby declared to exist,and this ordinance is found to be
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health and safety, and the same shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
