BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. City Engineer is hereby authorized to
grant a building permit to Mr. W. J. Hargon to re- construct two
dwellings and make them into one house, said dwellings now being
located at 1118 -1120 West 11th Street, City of Little Rock.
ACTION 2. WHEREAS, this work will give employment
to persons now un- employed, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist, and this ordinance is found to be necessary for the immediate

shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
