AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR AND RECEIVE BIDS AND M CCNTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIRE
INSURANCE FOR VARIOUS PROPERTW OWNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise for and receive bids for and to award
V"oontrsats for fire and extended coverage insurance protection on
the following described properties, which belong to the City of
Little Rock, in the amount of ninety percent (90 %) of their
insurable values:

SECTION 2. - d1HEREAS, it is necessary for the City to have
fire and extended coverage insurance protection immediately, an
emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance is found to be
necessary for the immediate protection of the public peace, health
and safety and the same should be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
