AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SUM OF 41,200.00
OR SO MUCH THEREOF AS MAY BE NECESSARY, FROM THE
CITYIS GENERAL FUND TO PURCHASE ONE TRUCK AND ONE
MOWER FOR THE CITY'GOLF COMMISSION;,AND FOR OTHER

BE IT 0-- _IDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. There' is hereby appropriated from the
Cityts general Fund the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00)1
or so much thereof as may be necessary to purchase one Truck and
one _dower for the Little Rock Golf Commission, th eAayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue the Cityts
warrant or warrants in payment thereof, upon notification from
the Board of Public Affairs of the low bidders and the amount or
amounts that such warrant or warrants should be issued,fdr.
SECTION 2.iE3EA5, it is
protection of the Little Rock Municipal Golf Course that a
Truck and Mower be immediately placed in use in order to protect
said course, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this
Ordinance is found to be necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health, and safety, and the same shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
