AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TRUCKS AND TRACTOR: FROM
USING THE ROADS IN BOYLE PARK; FIXING A PENALTY
FOR THE-1 VIOLATION HEREOF; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

SECTION I. Fro -p-nd after the passage and approval
of this Ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to drive or cause to be driven any truck, whether
loaded or unloaded and /or any tractor on any of the roads within
Boyle Park, unless such vehicle is on a delivery to or from the
said park, or is engaged in work actually being done within the
park.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating
the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction in the Little Rock Municipal Court
a' a T, be. fined in any am not less than Two Dollars: ($2..00) nor

more than Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00).
iECTION 3. `.''WHEREAS, it is necessary to protect the
recently completed roads against unnecessary v,,ear, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance is found to be
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health, and safety, and the same shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
