ORDINANCE N0. 5587.
AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING BOWLING PARLORS TO OPERATE
ON SUNDAYS.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that ordinance
643 of the ordinances for Little Rock, Arkansas,
passed on October 14, 1895, (Section 754 of Brickhouse
and Castle's Digest) shall not apply to Bowling Par-
lors; and said Bowling Parlors are hereby authorised
and permitted to operate on Sundays; provided, same

shall not open, on Sundays, prior to o'clock / =1.
Section 3. That that part of said ordinance
643 and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby re-
pealed, and that this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its publication.
