BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. Section 23. of Ordinance NO. 5420, known
the Zoning Ordinance of the Ordinances of the City of Little Ro
hereby amended to read as follows.:
