Secaon 1. That the Board of Public Affairs of the City

of Little Rock is hereby authorized and directed to advertise
for received bids and purchase the following equipment
j for the City Hospital: I E R Sunior Hospital Resuscitator
& Inhalator with E & S Aspirator;
Section II. There is hereby appropriated from the
general revenue fund the sum of Your Hundred Dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay for said
equipment.
need of said equipment an emergency is declared to exist and
this ordinance is found to be necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and the
same shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
