Section 1. That the sum of Three Hundred Dollars
( #300.00) is hereby appropriated out of the Negro Park Bond
Fund for the following indebtedness of the City of Little
Rock due and payable at the office of the City Treasurer of
the City of Little Rock or the Chase National Bank of New
York City on August 1st, 1938:
Semi- annual interest at 4% per annum
on #15,000.00 outstanding bonds,
Nos. 1 to 18, Inc., (Coupon No. 3)....... #300.00
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
to- issue the City's warrant or warrants, payable
exandor City ireasu' rer, is the amount herein
mentioned, for the purposes herein recited.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
