ORDINANCE NO. 5621 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $500.00 FOR PAYMENT OF SEMI— ANNUAL INTEREST COUPONS OF 4% BONDS FOR ADDITION TO CITY LIBRARY ISSUE OF FEBRUARY 1ST, 1937, OF THE CITY OF G LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PUSPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: Section 1. That the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) is hereby appropriated out of the Library Annex Bond Fund for the following indebtedness of the City of Little Rock due and payable at the office of the City Treasurer of the City of Little Rock or Chase National Bank of New York City on August lot, 1938: Semi — annual interest at 4% per annum ' on $25,000.00 outstanding Bonds, t Nos. 1 to 29, Inc., (Coupon No. 3)......$5 ©0.00 Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrant or warrants, payable to G. L. Alexander, City Treasurer, in the amount herein mentioned, for the purposes herein recited.
