AUDITORIUM ISSUE OF FEBRUARY 1ST, 1937, OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

out of the Municipal Auditorium Bond Fund for the following

indebtedness of the City of Little Rock due and payable at
the office of the City Treasurer of the City of Little Rock
or Chase National Bank of New York City on August 1st 1939*
Semi- annual interest at 4% per annum
on $118,000.00-outstanding bonds,
Nos. 1 to 118, Inc., (Coupon No 3).......$2,360.00
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the City's warrant or warrants, payable
to G. L. Alexander, City Treasurer, in the amount. herein

mentioned, for the purposes herein recited.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
