AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE No. 5420 KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE INSOFAR A.S IT AFFECTS THE PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That from and after the passage and
val of this Ordinance, the residence property at 2220 State
treet, on Lot 8', Block 15, of Wright's Addition to the City of
ittle Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas shall be classified and Zoned
s Apartment House District 111311 to permit the erection and use of
aid property as an apartment of Three (3) or more families, and
rdinance. No. 5420, of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
s hereby amended to include the above described property in such
ultiple dwelling area, and said property is hereby created as a
ultiple dwelling area.
SECTION 2. It is hereby determined and ascertained and
ound loy the Council as a matter of fact that Section Twenty - three

SECTION 4. It being ascertained by the Council that

exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
