AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK A WARRANTY DEED, CONVEYING TO
JOHN P: BAIRD PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS Lot 13, Block 31 Adams Addition
to Little Rock and Lots 1,2 and 3 Block 19 Capitol Hill Extension
Addition to Little Rock, subject to a certain easement of way grant-
ed the LITTLE ROCK GAS & FUEL COMPANY over the East six feet and the
South six feet of said,lots and the North 82 feet of Lot Seven, and
South part of Lot Eight, described as beginning at the Southeast
corner of Lot 8 and extending North along the East line of Lot 8 a
distance of 41 feet, thence West a distance to 140'feet, thence
S6,uth a distance of 45.1 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 8,
thence East a distance of 140 feet to the point of beginning in Block
Three Pettifer's Addition to Little Rock, for the consideration of
ONE THOUSAND ( 1, ba) DOLLARS, GROSS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby author -
iTad and directed to execute and deliver a warranty deed of the City
ttle Rock to John P. Baird, for the following described property
tuned by the City of Little Rock, to -wit:
Lot 13, Block 31, Adams Addition to Little Rock
Lots 1, 2 and 3 Block 19, Capitol Hill Extension
Addition to Little Rock, subject to a certain
easement of way granted the Little Rock Gas &
Fuel Company over the East 6 feet and the South
6 feet of said lots-, and the North 8�feet� of

SECTION 2. The delivery of said deed aforesaid shall be
conditioned upon the payment by the said John P. Baird of One
Thousand ($1,000) Dollars in Cash, at or before the date of such
delivery, less tax--s due and expenses incident to sale.
