SECTION 1. That whereas, the owners of the following
iescribed property to —wit:
3204 and 3208 West 1.6th Street, which are lots
5 and 6, Block 6, of C. and P. Johnson's Addition
to the City of Little Mock.
e allowed the buildings located on said property to deteriorate
o the extent that said buildings have been found by the health
fficer of the Little -Hock City Council to be hazardous in that
hey, and each of them, constitute a fire hazard, and in addition
re dangerous to the life and limb of the public; and same and
ach of them are hereby declared to be nuisa nces. And the Chief
f Police is hereby instructed to serve the owner or owners of eachl
f said pieces of property with a copy of this Ordinance and notify
aid owner or owners that the respective pieces of property must
ither be torn down and removed or remodeled within thirty -days
rom the date hereof.
SECTION 2. In the event the owner or owners of any
said pieces of property cannot be located, the Chief of Police .
s instructed to serve said notice by posting a copy of this
rdinance on the front door of each of said buildings and report
action to the Fire Committee of the City Council.
SECTION 3. Any owner or owners of any of the within
scribed property failing or refusing to conform to the provisions
f the Ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor and upon
onviction thereof in the Little stock , unicipal Court shall be

fined in any sum not less than Twenty -five Dollars ($25.00) nor
are than Three 'Iundred Dollars 0300.00).

Section 4. The City Attorney is hereby authorized
and instructed to proceed to tame all necessary court action in
i
}order to secure the removal of the property herein declared to be
Ila nuisance if same is not removed or remodeled within thirty days
of the date hereof .
SECTION 5. Due to the constant fire hazard and the
danger that these pieces of property present to the public safety
i
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance being
I
necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
i
health, and safety, and the same shall be in full force and effect I
kfrom and after its passage and ap?:roval.
