Section 19 That Ordinance 5623 amending Ordinance
5420 of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rook, reolks-

Two (2), West Rook Addition to the City of Little Rock, as
Commercial and H property, is hereby repealed, and said Lots
One (1), Eleven (11)9 and Twelve (12), Block Two (2) West
Rook Addition, are hereby returned to their original clad
aification under Ordinance 5420 of the Ordinances of the City
