AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE PAKING UNDER THE MAIN

B9 IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK j ,SAN
SECTION 1. Within Thirty (30) days after the passage
and approval of this Ordinance, it shall be the duty of the Police
ttee of the City email of the City of Little Rock to indicatt,

shall be allowed at all times of the day.
SECTION E. From Bridge:. Street to the Missouri Pacific
tracks North on the Bast side of the Main Street Bridge parking
shall be prohibited entirely between the hours of T A.M. and 6 P.M.
on the Bast side of said drive -way.
SECTION 3. From the point indicated between the steps
on the West side of said Bridge, on the North side of the Missouri
Farcific Railroad tracks to they Missouri Pacific Railroad tracks,
parking shall be prohibited. from 7 A.M. to 6 P.M.
SECTION 4. Any person, firm or corporation violating
1-tho grovialone of this ordinance shall be deemed
demeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less then
One Dollar (11.00) nor more than Five Dollars 35.00).
SECTION 6. All Ordinance& and parts, of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed; and it being found net
to regulate parking under said Main Street Bridge, and this Ordin
being necessary to insure the public peace, health and safety, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this. Ordinance shall be
in full oree and effect from and after its passage and approval.
