SOUTH PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTH T PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, )-rd ANSAS
SECTION 1. That from and after the passage of this ordinance,
ordinance #5420 shall be amended to reclassify Lot 12, Block
28, Kimball's South Park Addition to the city of Little Rock,
Arkansas, zoning said property as two family residential
property.
SECTION 2. The reclassification of said property being
necessary for the public peace, health and safety, an emer-
gency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its massage and
approval.
