AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1, 416.89 FROM THE
Road or Auto FUND OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK;. AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE RUCK, ARKANSJX
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Thousand Four Hundred
Sixteen and 89/100 Dollars (41,416.89) be, and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Road or Auto Fund of the
City of Little Rock, for the payment of the following bills
incurred in the paving of streets in Boyle Park:
Asphalt Products Company------ - - - - -$ 208.19
Big Rock Stone & Material Co. - - - - -- 418.76
Big Rock Stone & Material Co. - - - - -- 358.06
Big Rock Stone &_ Material Co------- 431.88

and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the Gity's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts mentioned
!said warrants being drawn against the Road or Auto Fund.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of Ordinance
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approva
