AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $500.00 FROM THE
GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY TO PAY THE JOHN BUXTON
ENGINEERING COMPANY, THE BALANCE DUE ON WORK PERFORMED
BY THEM ON THE CITY'S AIRPORT HANGER BUILDING,• AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
Cityls General Fund the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
issue the Cityts Warrant in said sum to the John Buxton Engineerin
Company, which amount will represent the final payment to the said
Engineering Company on its contract with the City for work in
connection with the new Airport Hanger located at the Municipal
Airport-
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, said claim is considerably past
due, and said Company is in need of its money, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall be in full fo
and effect after its passage and approval.
