AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $369.89 FROM THE BOND AND
INTEREST FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED? BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $369.89 be, and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Bond and Interest Mind of the
City of Little Rock, for the payment of the following bills:
Commercial National Bank - Charge of the Chase National Bank
for paying and forwarding $75s,000 bonds due 11/1/1939........ $ 98.90
Democrat Printing and Lithographing Company - Printing 75
bonds......... ................ ............................... 81.09
Rose, Hemingway, Cantrell & Loughborough, Attorneys -
S6"vices in connection with refunding $75,000 bonds.......... 200.00
Total .............$369.99
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts mentioned,
$aX41 warrant -8 being drawn agpi nst the Bond and Interest Fund.
µ + section 2. That All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
