SECTION 1. From and after January 1, 1939 . the Manager of
the Little Rock Municipal Club House,located on the Little Roek
Mumicipal Golf Course, shall receive a. monthly salary of One
Hundred Dollars. (1100.00) par month, payable on the let and 15th
of each month as other Ctty salaries are paid. This compensation
shall be in lieu of all compensation received by said Manager as
now provided: by lax.
SECTION 2:. That from and after January 1, 1939 the Little
Rock golf Commission is hereby authorized to employ the services
of one porter for use at the Clubhouse at the Little dock
(Municipa:l. Golf Course. The salary of said porter shall be Eight
Dollars Ct8.00j per creek, and shall be payable as other City
salaries; are paid.

immediately, and that an emergency is, therefore, found to exist
and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
