AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
PERMIT TO THE NATIONAL WOOD PRODUCTS CORPORATION
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING 100 FEET BY 200
FEET ON BLOCK 9, MANUFACTURERS ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE BUILDING
PERMIT FEE OF SEVENTY -FIVE DOLLARS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

Rock is hereby authorized and directed to issue a building
permit for a fee of Seventy -five Dollars ($75.00) to the
National Wood Products Corporation, to erect and construct a
building 100 by 200 feet on Block 8, Manufacturers Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Provided,
however, that the said National Wood Products Corporation
shall erect and construct said building in accordance with all
of the reouirementsof the Building Code of the City of Little
rock.
Section 2. Whereas, the erection of said building
will give employment to persons now unemployed, and in
addition will furnish employment to approximately 35 people
throughout the year, an emergency is hereby declared to exist,
and this ordinance is found to be necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, and the
same shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
