SECTION 1. That from and after the passage and
approval of this ordinance it shall be unlawful to park any
vehicle at any tine on the east side of Beech Street from
Kavanaugh Blvd., to I Street and within 15 feet of Kavanaugh
Blvd., on the west side of Beech Street. violations of this
ordinance shall be punished as other violations of the parking
ordinances.
SECTION 2. Whereas this ordinance is necessary to
II relieve traffic congestion an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
j from and after its passage and approval.
