SECTION 1. That Ord - inane No. 56.79 passed on the
day of _ Jauary , 193, which was an
rdinance amending Ordinance No. 5420 by changing the classificatioi
f the following described property: the Bast 46 feet of Lot 6,
lock 125, Original City of Little Rock, at 616 Nest 4th Street,
lllocated in the City of Little Roc -k, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
ontained an error which was due to typographical error, and that
aid Ordinance placed the said property in the Commercial "F"
istrict when it should have read Business District "HI"; said
rdinance No. 56.79 is therefore, hereby amended by changing, said
lassification from Commercial "F" to Business District "H ".
SECTION 2. It being ascertained by the Co4ncil that
e- classification of the property described in this Ordinance is
ecessary for the erection of a Business house, and the erection of
Business house being necessary to give equal justice to the owner
f said property, and equal justice to the Citizens of the City of
ittle Rock being found nee - essary for the preservation of the publiz
eace, health, and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist
nd this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
ts: passage and approval..
