AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE No. 5420 KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, INSOFAR, AS IT AFFECTS THE PROPERTY
DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE;: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That from and after the passage and approv
lof this Ordinance, the North part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, Forrest
Hill Addition to the City of Little Rock, more fully described as, l
900 Cedar Street, all located in the pity of Little Rock, Arkansas,
ulaski County, Arkansas, shall be classified and Zoned as Business.

SECTION 2. It is hereby determined and ascertained and
'ound by the Council as a matter of fact that Section Twenty- three.
(23) as amended, and the State Law as said Section and the State
and other parts of Ordinance No. 5420 aa. relating .to repeal andl
amendment of said Ordinance No. 5420 and all prerequisites to the
amendment of said Ordinance have been met and strictly complied witl
SECTION 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, insofar, as they affect this
rdinance.
SECTION 4. It being ascertained by the Council that thi
ee- -class.ification of the property described in this Ordinance is
necessary for the erection of a Business house, and the erection of
a Business -house being necessary to give equal justice to the owner
of said property, and equal justice to the Citizens of the Olty of,
Little Rock being found necessary for the preservation of the publi
peace, health, and safety= an emergency is hereby declared to exist
and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
