CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND TO RECEIVE THEREFOR THE
SUM OF $300.00 PAYABLE TO THE CITY GENERAL FUND;;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

delivery of the said deed and the said sum shall be paid into
the City General .Fund.
SECTION 2. WHEREAS, the City is in immediate need of
financial assistance for the General Fund in order to meet current
operating expenses, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this Ordinance is found to be necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety, and same shall be in full
orce and effect from and after its passage and approval.
