BE IT ORDAI.NED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,, ARtANSAS
SECTION 1. That from and after the passage and approval of
this Ordinance the property known as 118 Test 20th Street, more
fully described as the fractional 1/6 of the South One -half (}
of Lot Five (5), Block 426, Duyallts .Addition to the City of
Little Rock, now zoned as District 40, shall hereafter be zoned
and classified as Apartment District 49't.
SECTION 2. The City Council finds as a matter of fact that
all requirements of the Zoning Ordinance have been complied with
in making this amendment.
SP&CTION 3. Since this Ordinance is necessary to the
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency
is hereby found to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
