AN ORDINANCE RE- CLASSIFYING BLOCK THREE (3), FAIRFAX TERRACE
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Block Three (3), Fairfax Terrace Addition
to the City of Little Rock, heretofore zoned and classified as
Residential District property, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby re -zoned and re- classified under the terms of
said ordinance and shall hereafter be known as Apartment District
property; and Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and the zoning map hereto attached and made
a part thereof are hereby amended to permit said reclassification of
said property.
Section 2. The City Engineer of the City of Little Rock is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a permit to Louis Cohn for
the construction of an apartment building on said property in
accordance with the plans and specifications for same now on file
In his office upon payment of the proper permit fees therefor and
the compliance by the said Louis Cohn of all other building regula-
ticn s.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
