ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NUMBER X25.
IHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of a. majority
in assessed value of the property located within the territory
hereinafter described have filed a: petition praying th ^t an im-
nrovement district be established for the purpose hereinafter set
out;
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all parties desiring
to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition lva.s signed by a
majority of over sixty seven per cent in assessed value of the owners
of real property within said territory:
NO'N, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the
City of Little Rock., Arkansas:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement district
embracing the follo,ving property lying within the City of Little Rock,
County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 9W.
Lots 81 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 101 all in oil. B. t7URTHEN i S
ADDIT bit to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
for the numose of paving Oak Street from the North property line
of 15th Street to the North property line of 14th Street with such
materials and in such manner as the Commissioners to be elected for
said improvement district shall deem for the best interests of said
district.
Said district shall be known as Street Improvement District
P10 , of Little Rock, Arkansas, end the cost of the improvements
he%in ve set forth shall be assessed P.nd charged upon the real
property above described, and S. R. Fa.ryis, 111. R. Denton and Burton
Douga.n are hereby named Commissioners, who shall compose the Board
of Improvement for said district.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
hereby repealed, and this ordinance sh,.11 be in fu force and effect
from and after its passage. j
