AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE 5420 KPJOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKINSAS
SECTION 1. From and after the passage and approval of this
I Qrdindnce the property bounded by Kavanaugh, Woodlawn and Elm
Streets, more particularly described as the West 134 feet of
Block Nine (9) of the Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas now classified as nB« Residential District
be changed to District "Ftr or Commercial District so as to permit
those uses set forth in the 4oning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. 'one Council finds as a matter of fact that all
steps necessary to the compliance to the Zoning Ordinance have
been taken.
SECTION 3. Since this Ordinance is necessary to the public
peace, health and safety, an emergency is hereby lad
exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
