AN ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPSRTY KNOWN AS LOTS
10 AND 11, BLOCK 39, PULASKI HEIGHTS ADDITION; AMENDING
ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:

R Section 1. That property known as Lots Ten (10) and
I Eleven (11), in Block Thirty -nine (39), Pulaski Heights
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, (704 -706 North
Monroe Street), heretofore classified and zoned as being in

Residential A District, under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
i
j No. 5420, is hereby re -zoned and re- classified as Two- Family
C District property under the terms of said Ordinance; and
said Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto attached
and made a part thereof are hereby amended to permit said
reclassification and re- zoning of said property.
Section 2. The City Engineer of the City of Little
Rock_is hereby authorized and directed to issue a permit for
the remodeling of a residence now located at 704 North Monroe
Street and the erection of a residence at 706 North Monroe
Street in keeping with said reclassification herein.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
