AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE N0. 5721
RECLASSIFYING BLOCK THREE (3) FAIRFAX TERRACE ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 5721 reclassifying
Block Three (3) of Fairfax Terrace Addition to the City of
Little Rock and authorizing and directing the City Engineer
to issue a.permit to Louis Cohn for the construction of an
apartment building on said property is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval.
