N0. 525 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
5'HE:REAS, the majority of the property owners owning property
adjoining the locality to be affected and situated in Street
Improvement District No. 5�25 of the City of Little dock, organized
fbr the purpose of paving Oak Street as therein set out have
Petitioned the City Council of the city of Little Rock for the
r construction of said improvement, and that the cost thereof
s)rall be assessed upon the real property of said district

and
HAS, said benefits received by each and every lot,
ry "block and parcel of real property situated in said district

'= :equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
H ER, AS, the estimated cost of said improvement, less
interest, is X747.60,
NOS, i'HEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, .Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That the said several lots, blocks and parcels
of real property in said Street Improvement Listrict No. 5e5 of
the City of Little -pock, Arkansas, be assessed according to the
assessment list for said improvement district as the same now
remains in the office of the City Clerk, and that twenty -five
percentum (i�5 0) of the assessment of benefits on each of said
lots, blocks and parcels of real property shall be paid annually
on or before the 15th cay of June of each year, beginning with
June, 1935, until the rhole of said local assessment of benefits
shall be paid, and that each instalment of such benefits shall
bear interest at the rate of six percenturri (6;0) per annum from
the dates that the same shall be levied hereunder until paid.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full forcd and effect from and after its passage.
