AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF CERTAIN STREETS BY THE FOREST
HEIGHTS COIMPANY.
UBEREAS, the Forest Heights Company has platted the
_-- -Southwest Quarter (SW ) of the Southwest
- - Q � Quarter (SW-1) of Section
30 Township 2 North, Range 12 West, in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
and lying within the corporate limits of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as an addition to the City of Little Rock, to be known
as the Forest Heights Place, and has dedicated certain streets
therein to the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City of Little Rock, acting by and
through its City Council, does hereby accept and confirm the
dedication of the streets as shown in the plat of Forest Heights
Place, duly filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex- Officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and now of record in
Plat Book No. 3 at page 180.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
