Section 3 of, ordinance No. 4509 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, approved lovember 15, 1929, provides that filling; stations
shall not be erected within five hundred (500 ) feet o7 any church, school, hos-
pital, public park, public buildings or public grounds; and
WHERW, ordinance ho. 5420 (known as the Lonin ; Ordinance) fully takes care
of matters of this kind; and

No. 3 of Ordinance -1-1o. 4509 is unnecessary; NOV,
BE IT 01DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, MWAIZAS:
Section 1. That Section Three (3) of ordinance !�o. 4509 is hereby repealed.
