AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $35,787-93 FROM THE MUNICIPAL
AUDITORIUM FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE R ita
SECTION 1. That the sum of $35,787.83 be, and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the Municipal Auditorium Fund of
the City of Little Rock, for the payment of the following bills:
William Peterson $34s745-47
Wittenberg & Delony,
Eugene J. Stern, Inc. 1,042.36

and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue
the City's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts mention-
ed, said warrants being drawn against the Municipal Auditorium
Fund.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in eonfliot herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinanme -Shall "
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
