AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE .2210 REMAINDER INTEREST OF
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK IN AND TO ALL OF LOT SEVEN (7) EXCEPT THE SOUTH
TWENTY (20) FEET OF THE EAST SIXTY. -FIVE AND FIVE- TENTHS (65.5). FEET,
ALL OF LOT LIGHT (8) EXCEPT THE NORTH TWENTY -FIVE (25) FEET OF THE .
WEST ONE BRED TWENTY -NINE (129) FEET AND THE SOUTH ONE (1) FOOT OF

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, end they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the necessary deed or deeds of the
.2210 interest of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in and to the
remainder of the following described property located in the State of
Arkansas, County of Pulaski, to wit:
All of Lot Seven (7) except the South Twenty (20)
feet of the East Sixty - five and five- tenths (65.5)
feet, all of Lot Eight (8) except ,the North Twenty. ,
f`iTt (25) feet of the 'West One Hundred Twenty =nine
(129) feet and the South One (1) foot of the East
Twenty -five (25) feet of Lot Nine (9), all in Block
Thirteen (13) Masonic Addition to the City of Little
Rock.
The said transfer, sale and conveyance is upon the consideration
of the.University of Arkansas Medical School's paying the sum of
Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) in cash and in conveying the fee
title in and to Lot 12 and East 50 feet of Lots 7, 8 and 9, all in

hereft authorized to be conveyed is to receive Two Thousand Five

Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
