AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 5639; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 5638 of the ordinances
of the City of Little Rook is hereby amended to read as follows:
"That from and after the passage and approval of this
ordinance any person operating a vehicle and sounding the
horn or bell on same at any place where cold drinks and /or
sandwiches are served, after eleven (11) o'clock P.M., at
any place in the City of Little Rock shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any
sum not less than two ($2.00) dollars nor more than five
($5.88) dollars."
SECTION 2. Whereas, this ordinance is necessary to prevent
the disturbance of the citizens of the City, an emergency-, to
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
